It's allot easier than using the laptop and surfing the web.

How do you get it to come up then, do you need to download the app for tapatalk, or do you just go to a site that supports it and it just comes up?

I paid for the app from the iTunes store. I done a quick search and found it to be the only app that's used for forums.
It can also host your photos and stuff. Very simply, I also got a android and found more apps like it for free, of which none are as good as tapa talk.
You can also search per category which is really handy.

Sounds quite easy to use, I'm toying with the idea of getting an Iphone later on if I do I'll deffo be getting tapatalk I notcied that there notifications for PMs ect.. that show up in red... It seems its made browsing forums a hell of a lot easier

Deffo, I hate using the bookmarks on safari browser.
I would recommend the iPhone, so much better than android in terms of ease of use and apps are allot more thought out. Plus Siri is gonna be the future. I'm gonna get the ipad3 when that comes out.
I have a new dell xps with sandy bridge i7 CPU, upgraded to 8 gigs of ram , ive replaced the hard drive with a solid state drive( SSD for short) and replaced the optical drive with a caddy that holds 750 gigs of hard drive. Really is a sweet laptop, cost me over a grand so far.
I find my self using the iPhone more for everyday stuff.

Sounds like a pretty sophisticated bit of kit you have there!

I have noticed that people tend to use their phones more to browse the web these days, even when their at home, I've got a mobile style from STG installed with a dectect script to this board for those who don't have tapatalk... the only drawback with the mobile style is that the mchat don't work on there... though I'm going to look into possibly adding that so everyone can use the chatbox I've already fixed the portal.. I believe Bullrover suggested I make thr site mobile friendly a while back or that may been you.. details details.. The STG style was the closest I could get, until you led me to tapatalk
