Hello Mickey,

Could you post some pics of the part where you adjust it?

it depends on the construction of the mill... what kind of mill ..? carpet or slat ? & is it on an incline ? what size is the front roller ? & whats the distance between the roller & the bed .? also the roller needs to be a couple inches higher than the bed , for traction .. ! does the mat slide over the bed easeliy " without sticking or snaging ? ..... All these problems are related to a carpet type mill .. for any probs with a slat mill contact Justin .. jwmillmaker he is in the midlands.. & is on youtube ...... :)

Its a human one I do believe, I had a similar problem with my one, I'm waiting for Mickey to post some pics, that way we may be able to help him solve the problem. :)
