New bull mummy

Post by powderpuff31 » March 20th, 2013, 11:30 am

Hello all

I am new here and new to bull breeds.

I am fostering a mastiff cross, who was picked up as a stray and left in the pound unclaimed.

He is around 5 or 6 months old. We are not sure of what kind of mastiff he is, or whether he is crossed with another kind or a different breed.

I would appreciate your thoughts so would it be okay if I shared photos of him? I have measured him this morning and I wonder if he is smaller than would be expected for a mastiff, which might give us some clue as to what he is mixed with!

Oh, and by the way, we think he is amazing! We have two dogs and two young kids and he gets on with them all so well. He is little short of the perfect dog!
Many thanks
Emily

okay, thank you, i will do!!

to be honest, I am feeling like I want to keep him. But it would mean no more fostering. So its a hard decision, as I love being able to offer my home as a refuge for rescue dogs who are at risk, or struggling in the kennels.

Will be back with photos
