Hello all!

My wife Helen and I are the proud parents of a beautiful blue irish staffordshire pup called Maisie. She seems to have settled in quite well and has met our 8 year old Sphynx (Bald cat) Winnie who to be honest isn't very impressed. Little Maisie had her first injection yesterday and slept most of last night. She is the best thing to have happened to us in a very long time and we love her very much. I hope to chat to some of you over the coming months, especially as we're pretty new to staffy's and are bound to need some advice. Take care all! Richard

The majority of people who use these boards (myself included) are Staffordshire Bull Terrier owners, so I'm sure you'll find several people on here who can help, should you need any advice

hi mate welcome aboard! if its irish staffy advise u are after u came to the right place there are quite a few irish staff fans on here

i have been around staff all my life really well from about 8 years old but this is the 1st one i have personly owned i have to be honest i have had my hands full with her they have so much energy its unreal well mine has but the love they have for u is unreal to and she has been the easyest dog ever to train there so egar to please but need a firm hand or they will take the p**s out of u just make sure ur pups gets plenty of walks and see's plenty of dogs and gets to play with them i am sure u will have a great family pet oh yeah plenty of toys to chew or he will find something very nice and prob expensive to chew trust me lern by my mistake. get him a kong dog toy there pricey but cheaper in the long run

Thank you so much for your kind intrductions. Maisie is Pup to JJBulls Spike and Jammies Macey, Both beautiful dogs. I can't wait for her to have her second lot of injections so I can get her socialised and out exploring the world. She loves shoe laces at the moment and prefers to fight the newspaper rather than poo on it. Thank god for laminate flooring is all I can say!
Would be very interested in seeing some pictures of other Irish staffies if anyone wants to send me some.

Hi Richie, your Maisie is going to be a stunner. My pup comes from Special JD Kartel below who is out of MontysBullBreeds, he was training to do agility as his parents are champions

And the Mum Bingy was given to me in 2008 unfortunately I had to re-home her but she is well happy now.

I have sent you a PM of some websites you make like to look at to get more information on dogs in general. Good luck with your liddle girl.
